The sale of St. Thecla Church is still pending a final approval from Rome which is anticipated before the end of the year, but the buyer is lined up and everything else is in order.

St. Cornelius Church is now ready for sale (the utility separation from the school building is complete), but the timeline for that sale will probably be longer. I will keep you posted.

The Parish Finance Council is helping us prepare the Annual Report and also a financial review of significant gains and expenses for St. Elizabeth of the Trinity since the unification on July 1st, 2020. More to come!
