As you may know, we have been approved by the city zoning board to move ahead with our parking lot plans across the street! We have been approved for a 36 space (including one handicapped spot) parking lot that has double access to the alley and Ardmore Ave.

The project is moving along at its usual sluggish pace with the city utility departments not having yet completed their review of our drafts.

We do already have bids from three different general contractors;  it is an expensive project, over $300,000.

If you donate for the completion of the parking lot, 100% of your donation will go towards its completion, please help if you can.

The plan is to make it functional, but also attractive at the same time. Thank you for those that have prayed to the patron saint of parking lots !
