RCIA – Rite of Acceptance into the Catechumenate

On December 9, 2018, we celebrated the Rite of Acceptance into the Catechumenate
and also welcomed four as candidates for the sacraments at Easter.
Catechumens are those preparing for baptism, confirmation and the Eucharist.
Gale Gardner and her daughter, Linei, made this step together.
The candidates have been baptized, and now seek to complete their initiation
with confirmation and the Eucharist.
Accepted as candidates were Edgar Brand and his daughter, Catherine,
Lilia Gardner (Gale’s daughter) and Stephanie Rossi.
Carmela Rossi, Stephanie’s daughter, will also be baptized, confirmed and receive the Eucharist.
Please pray for all of our catechumens and candidates.
They have accepted the invitation of Christ to follow him,
and they are counting on our community support as they move forward.
