The Parish Pastoral Council is an advisory and implementing body that acts as a source of guidance to the Pastor.
The purpose of the Parish Council is to foster full participation of the entire parish in the life and mission of the parish and of the Universal Church.
Councils offer what no expert can offer – perspective on what is right for a particular parish.
The work of a parish council is to discern how the Lord is calling the parish to fulfill its mission of making disciples, fostering the unity of its members, and continuing the Lord’s work in the world.
