Darlene Duggan is a longtime parishioner of St. Tarcissus and St. Elizabeth of the Trinity. She is eager to be a part of the St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish Pastoral Council in helping to chart the course of our Parish’s future.
Darlene grew up in the neighborhood and attended Immaculate Conception Grade School and Resurrection High School followed by the University of Chicago.
She holds a Masters degree in Public Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics and is currently the Chief Operations Officer for the Anti-Cruelty Society.
She and her husband Ryan have three daughters. The Duggans founded the FIRE Foundation of Greater Chicago – a non-profit with a mission of providing children with special needs the opportunity for an inclusive education in Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Darlene is excited and happy to be a part of the faith journey as the Parish creates its future.
