The excavation of the lot to prepare the proper fill and drainage revealed an old fuel / oil tank used for the convent that was not recorded or reported.

This type of thing is common in these projects and fortunately will not result in a long delay.

The removal and possible abatement will delay the completion of the project by about 7-10 days. The target finish date will now be the first week of June.
