On the weekend of August 19 & 20 a representative of From Mission to Mission  will be speaking with our parish to share about their work in the mission field and its impact.

From Mission to Mission serves missionaries, both lay and religious, in their time of preparation and during re-entry back into life and mission here in the U.S.

For more than 40 years From Mission to Mission has been the only organization of its kind to assist missionaries upon return to the U.S.

Missionaries face many challenges when they return “home”. Whether missionaries have served for one year or for fifty, most find re-entry the hardest part of the experience. From Mission to Mission helps missionaries deal with this difficult transition and to find ways to bring what they learned in mission to life here in their home culture.

Once described as the Wounded Warriors Project for Missionaries, From Mission to Mission also offers care to the many missionaries who experienced violence or trauma in mission.

A second collection for the work of From Mission to Mission will be taken during their visit. Your generosity will help them to be able to continue to care for missionaries, and they are grateful for your support.
