You are invited to be a part of The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland’s 35th annual fundraiser, Step Up for Life Walk, on Saturday, September 21st at the Maryville Academy – Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Des Plaines!
For the past 40 years, The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland has been serving women in crisis pregnancies by providing life-affirming counseling, medical services and tangible material assistance.
The individual support we receive from faithful parishioners, like those of St. Elizabeth, allows us to provide powerful services like ultrasound examinations.
Not only do ultrasounds provide a window to the womb to beautifully illustrate the life within, but they are also, oftentimes, the very first time mom meets her baby; what a powerful moment!
