Do You Want to Join the Catholic Church?

The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) is a process for adults, of high school age or older, who wish to enter the Catholic Church or complete their Sacraments of Initiation and is designed for the following:

1. Those who have never been baptized.
2. Those who have been baptized in another Christian faith.
3. Those who have been baptized Catholic but never prepared for and received First Communion and/or Confirmation.

The OCIA sessions, hosted by our sister parish St. Paul of the Cross in Park Ridge, provide opportunities for you to ask questions about the Catholic Church.

You will learn what the Catholic Church believes, teaches, and proclaims as revealed by God.

The Lord awaits all of us to answer His call to a deeper relationship with Him through His Church. This is only possible if we have the Sacraments that He gave His Church.
