Hi everyone, here’s the new schedule for the later part of May & the 1st half of June. But first, a few notes:
- It’s never too early to get summer vacation dates to me. Avoid the hassle of finding your own subs…just turn in dates & be stress-free…at least as far as Altar Serving goes!
- As you’ll see on the schedule, our new Servers will begin soon. Please be kind, gentle & understanding with them. Of course they’ll be nervous so your support will be very important.
- Our 8th graders are coming to the completion of their 3-year commitment to Altar Serving. But it doesn’t have to end there! We currently have many high school Servers. So please consider extending your commitment to helping the people of our parish pray. High school Servers enjoy a few advantages too: No weekday Masses. No 7:30AM Sunday Masses, unless you tell be you want them. High School Servers are normally scheduled only for 5PM Mass on Saturday, 9 & 11AM Masses on Sunday. Service Hour credit is available from all Catholic high schools. We can really use your help. So please pray over continuing as a high school Servers. Then let me know, either way, whether you’ll continue as an Altar Server.
