Parish General – Annual May Crowning

On Sunday May 3, 2015, St. Tarcissus held its annual May crowning of the Blessed Virgin at the 9:30 am Mass. This year Emily Eck had the honor to be the person to crown Mary. She was assisted by Jimmy Cheever, Ella Goworowski, Declan Gillespie, Mary McHugh, Leo McNaughton, Emily McNaughton, and Ryan Konrad (all 8th grade students in St. Tarcissus School). They were escorted up the center aisle of the church by our parish First Communicants. Music for the Mass was provided by the school children’s choir and the Religious Education Choir. A special thank you goes to teachers Mary Ellen Gold, Mary McCann, Mike Wuich, and Catechist Kathy Danno who helped to organize the event.
