Congratulations to our First Holy Communicants!
On Sunday, May 5, 2019, the parish celebrated First Communion with 42 young people at the 11:30 am Mass. God gave us a perfectly beautiful day to celebrate the sacrament. The children were very excited to receive the Eucharist for the first time; each child had been preparing for First Communion for two years. Our First Communicants come from different area public schools and our parish school, Pope Francis Global Academy.
Many thanks go to all the people that helped to prepare the Children for First Communion and all the parish members that helped plan and prepare the actual Communion Mass and reception.
