A second collection supporting priestly formation at Mundelein Seminary will happen the weekend of September 21-22, 2024.

Mundelein has 128 seminarians this year from over 20 dioceses throughout the country, one of which is Wichita. 

Last year Miles Swigart and Matthew Cooke were ordained priests for that diocese, and we were blessed to be a part of their formation. 

This year we have two returning seminarians, Deacon Grant Huslig and Dominic Jirak. 

You’ll have the pleasure of hearing Deacon Huslig preach at Masses periodically and Dominic will be helping with RE until he leaves for his internship in the spring.
