From Father Mike’s December 3 Letter :
This weekend as we begin Advent, with its reminders of the Son of God’s entry into the world, we also take stock as a parish with our Annual Report.
I would like to thank our Finance Council in a special way for all its dedication and competence in preparing and presenting this report to all of you and for advising me: Mike Parilla (Director of Parish Operations), Dr. Kristine Hillmann (School Principal), Bill O’Hara (Chair), John Fiore, Donna Quirk, Tim Jacobs, and Donna Kay (Bookkeeper).
The Annual Report can be seen from the link below and includes both the Statement of Financial Activity and Statement of Financial Position for the FY ending June 30th, 2023.
Overall we have decreased the deficits, though they are still significant and we have slightly increased church side revenue.
Your generous donations and the assets from sales are being well spent. The ongoing capital projects continue apace, this year we will focus on campus roofs: the church and some of the school roofs.
