My devotion to the Virgin of Guadalupe
I have several testimonies.
For me, she is a mother and protector, a symbol of hope, love, and unity, who offers us comfort in difficult times.
Because as the mother of Jesus, in her advocation as the Virgin of Guadalupe, she teaches us that we are never alone, that she is always interceding for us with her beloved Son.
She always listens to us.
Since I was little, I remember my mother taking us on the pilgrimage to the Basilica (Mexico City) and teaching us this devotion to the Virgin.
Every December 12th, she would take us to offer flowers at the church, always dressing us in traditional outfits.
As the years passed and when my daughter was born, we continued the same tradition, and now she is very devoted to the Virgin of Guadalupe.
She always asks the Virgin to protect her and intercede for her, especially now that she is in school and has difficult moments in her life; she always turns to her to ask for her intercession.
The Virgin of Guadalupe is a mother and protector, a symbol of hope, love, and unity who offers us comfort in our difficulties.
I can also say that we have made several pilgrimages to the Hill of Tepeyac in gratitude for all the favors received throughout the year.
