August 13 update:
Dinner Menu/Plated
Artisan Rolls and Butter; Salad – Petite House Salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette; Entrée – 4 oz Lemon Chicken, 2 – 2 oz beef medallions, Red Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans, Lemon But-ter Sauce, Red Wine Demi;
Dessert – Assorted House Baked Cookies

Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower Steak; Butternut Squash Puree, Wilted Spinach, Toasted Al-monds
A gluten-free dinner option will also be available. Please make your entree request when purchasing your dinner ticket.
August 6 update:
Based on questions we’ve received, here is some information you might want to know.
* The Welcome Reception begins (bar opens) at 6:00 p.m. The country club dinner will be served at 6:45
p.m., and the evening ends (bar closes) at 11:00 p.m.
* The Program for the evening includes a silent and a live auction, plus dancing with music provided by a
local, popular DJ.
* The Ridgemoor Country Club bar accepts cash only. In other words, drinks must be purchased with
cash — not with a credit card or a tap of a cell phone.
* Bar selections range in price from $15 for top shelf drinks to $3 for sodas.
* The dinner entree is chicken and beef. Both a vegetarian and a vegan meal option are also available.
Please make your entree request when purchasing your dinner ticket.
Attire for the evening is semi-formal.
August 4 update:
Our “Trinity Gala” will be a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the canonization of our patron saint, “St. Elizabeth of the Trinity.”
The evening promises to be an opportunity for making memories as a parish community.
We’ve been asked about the dinner menus for the event, set for Saturday, NovEMBER 14, at the Ridgemoor Country Club.

For the next few months, we’ll continue to draw one name from among those who have purchased tickets for the Trinity Gala Cash
Raffle, which is being held in conjunction with the Trinity Gala event, set for Saturday evening, November 14, at the Ridgemoor Country
Club.
Also as part of the Trinity Gala, every attendee will receive a keepsake Program Book, which will have space available for business ads and personal messages.
Often these personal message ads start with, “A special Thank You to…” or “Best wishes to (name) on the occasion of…” or “Congratulations on your anniversary…” or “Way to Go…for a special accomplishment.” Lots of possibilities!
You can reserve as much as a full page in the Program Book or as little as a 30-character message.

June 18 update:
For the next several months, we will draw one name from among those who have purchased tickets for the Trinity Gala big Cash Raffle, which is being held in conjunction with the Trinity Gala event, set for Saturday, November 14, at the Ridgemoor Country Club.
Plan to buy some Trinity Gala Raffle tickets ($20 each) so that you can be entered in the next bonus “Early Bird” drawing, set for the end of June.
The Early Bird prize will be a gift certificate at a local eatery.
Raffle & dinner tickets are also available at the parish office.
Our Welcome Reception (cash bar) is set for 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 6:45 p.m.
The Committee promises a fun and lively evening featuring music and dancing, a live auction with unique and guaranteed-to-be-valued items, and a special award
presentation to our retired pastor, Father Daniel McCarthy, for his decades of service.
